Registration data
Upon registration we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, language, city, country, zip code, password, the event for which you wish to register.
Upon usage of our system

We collect your operating system, internet browser version, availability of your cameras & phones, screen resolution, internet speed, video stream (held for 72 hours max), user IP address, timestamp of the usage of our system. We may take a screenshot of the video stream. We may be logging technical event data to help us provide customer service or debug the system.
Upon visiting and using webpages and video platform we collect statistical data using Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics.
How we process your data
The collected data is necessary for

Who we share your data with
We can share your phone number or emailaddress (or both) to your match when the match is reciprocal.
We share your first name and city to your video chat partner.
For user experience purposes we take a screenshot of the video stream for your video partners to remember you during the speed date and facilitate the matching process.
We may share your data to external services that are necessary for delivering the actual service: Payment provider, mailserver, SMS texting service.
How long we retain your data
Video stream screenshot: Not longer then 10 days
Video streamspecific data: Not longer then 46 days
Customer data and registration history: Until you ask us to delete your information or until we decide we no longer want to keep your data
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
